AI features (Summarizer, Translate, Chat PDF) are powered by language models and may occasionally produce inaccurate outputs. Use AI results as a starting point, not a definitive source.

Limitation of Liability

KAOpdf and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of KAOpdf shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which in most cases is $0 as our services are free).
You are solely responsible for backing up your original files before processing them through our tools.
