Strictly Prohibited Uses: You agree not to:

• Upload or process files containing computer viruses, trojans, worms, or malicious payloads designed to compromise server infrastructure or end-user devices.
• Process documents that contain unlawful material, child exploitation, defamatory content, or content that infringes third-party intellectual property or copyright laws.

AI-generated answers and summaries must be treated as preliminary assistive drafts and never as certified legal, financial, or medical counsel. You bear sole responsibility for reviewing and verifying critical factual data against primary source records.

KAOpdf is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that service operations will be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or compatible with corrupt or proprietary non-standard file encodings.

In no event shall KAOpdf, its founder, or affiliates be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business profits) resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Files processed on our dedicated microservices are automatically permanently deleted within 2 hours (or instantly upon completion). Client-side tools execute locally with zero network upload.
